McAlisterSmiley Partners is a boutique business set up by Sarah McAlister-Smiley, a commercial advisory specialist with 19 years professional experience, 14 of which were at Deloitte including 6 years as a Partner. Sarah transitioned from a Senior Partner at Deloitte to set up McAlisterSmiley Partners as she is passionate about individualised client service and wanted to get back to rolling up her sleeves and helping clients solve complex problems with a comparatively small team of dedicated specialists.
We operate a flexible staffing model of predominately ex-Big 4 personnel through a number of relationships with delivery partners. This allows our clients to benefit from personnel with training and experience from Big 4 professional services firms with a compelling value for money proposition. Our model also provides the added benefit that our personnel focus on one piece of work – they are not juggling commitments on multiple projects, meaning our clients receive 100% of our focus.
